This Spiritual Growth Map is a wonderful tool to gain some background information on every person in the small group. You cannot know where to take the group if you don't know the spiritual condition of each member. Like driving on the freeway, when you stop at a rest stop, the map always has a sign that says, "you are here." If you don't know where you are, you cannot know where you need to go.
