Volunteer basics:

 

There are many opportunities to serve in our church and in our community. We are passionate about building teams for ministry so that it is not on the shoulders of one person. By building ministry teams, it is much more fulfilling to serve shoulder to shoulder with other like-minded people, but also we believe that many hands make light work. We can do so much more as a team, than as individuals.

Below is a list of many of the areas in which you can get involved. To take the next step, click here and fill out the Volunteer Submission Form and email it as an attachment to tlc@tlhc.org and the appropriate person will call contact you.

Ministries in which to serve:

TREEhouse Children's Ministry: Sunday School Team Teacher (ages 2&3; 4&5&K; grades 1&2; 3&4; 5&6) Teacher's Helper, Craft prep and leader, Substitute Teacher, Special Events planner, Children's Worship Leader

ROUNDhouse Youth Ministry: small group leader (Jr. High girls/guys, High School girls/guys), program staff, event driver, event food prep, childcare, sound/tech support, worship band

College Ministry: program staff, childcare, support staff

Worship Ministry: Worship band, media computer, sound tech, production assistant, video production team, stage design/decor team,

Women's Ministry: Planning team, decorating team

Men's Ministry: Planning team, breakfast chef, program support

Hospitality: Ushers, Greeters, Resource Center, name tag table support, other Sunday morning support

TASK Crew: Clean Team (custodial), Green Team (gardening/mowing), Maintenance/Grounds Crew

Office: Administrative, computer/network, graphic design, making phone calls, answering phones, stuffing bulletins, various other tasks
